Sales Policy Terms and Conditions

Review the following sections for sales policy information on WinCleaner Products.

Choice of Payment

You have a choice of using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or other methods that may be added. The payement choices are shown during the checkout process on our online order system. Purchase Orders may be accepted from government and educational institutions.

Licensing Requirement

Please note that use of Business Logic products, which includes WinCleaner branded products, is subject to your acceptance of our End User License Agreement (EULA). Most Business Logic products are licensed for a single user on 1 PC. There may be multiple users and PCs license available under different offers and promotions.

Refund Requests

We can help you resolve any issues for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requestes need to be filed within 30 days of purchse and will only be issued by Business Logic if the product is purchased though our online store at our Website. *Certain conditions apply. If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller or retail store, this merchant's sales and refund policy applies to your purchase. Under no circumstances will WinCleaner/Business Logic Corporation issue refunds for purchases made through a third party merchant.

Price Protection

Our products are sold through various channels under various discounts, promotions, and purchase incentives. We are not responsible for refunding any difference between an original purchase price and the price of a third-party vendor or a subsequent special promotion price offered through Business Logic Corporation.

Subscription Based Serivce

Most Business Logic products are subscription based and generally include 1 year (12 months) of service. There may also be longer term based service available under various different offers and promotions. You may receive reminders near the end of the subscription period to let you know that your WinCleaner product needs to be renewed. When your subscription service expires, your WinCleaner product will stop working and it will need to be renewed for continued use. Some WinCleaner OneClicks are sold as Lifetime versions. Lifetime means up to 5 years of service. The Lifetime license for WinCleaner OneClick is only for the computer that it is initially activated on and is not transferable to new computers.

International Customs

Some countries require additional customs fees. These fees are not included in the price of our shipping and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Loyal Customer Discounts

As a previous customer of WinCleaner, you may be eligible to take advantage of special discounts and deals that may be offered from time to time.

All support for WinCleaner products is provided in English language only by Business Logic Corporation.

A clear and thorough explanation of discrepancy or if requesting a refund a clear explanation of why.
